The Cup Lock Scaffolding System is made of high-grade steel pipes with a diameter of 48mm and a thickness of 3mm. It consists of two main components: the Standard Vertical (upright) and the Ledger (horizontal). The Standard Vertical pipe is equipped with two cups: a fixed bottom cup welded to the vertical pipe, and a movable top cup that rotates downward to secure the horizontal ledger pipe. The ledger pipe features a forged blade welded at its end for added strength and stability.
