Dig the floor area to a depth of 3 inches according to the desired length and width. Fill the bottom 1.5 inches with a mixture of 1 part cement, 3 parts sand, and 6 parts gravel. Allow this concrete layer to dry for 24 hours. To prepare for laying tiles, wet the surface with water. For the top 1.5 inches, mix 1 part cement, 2 parts sand, and 4 parts fine grit. Level this layer using a spirit level. Install the steel tiles from the center to the edges in a brick-laying pattern, ensuring each tile’s end touches the center of the tile below, following the fort stone laying pattern.
